Visa Officer

About the role

The Visa Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking visa assistance. You will guide applicants through the entire visa process, ensuring compliance with embassy requirements and delivering accurate information.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to client visa enquiries and provide up‑to‑date information on visa categories, requirements and procedures.
• Advise clients on the most suitable visa type based on travel purpose and destination.
• Prepare, review and organise all visa application documents to guarantee completeness and accuracy.
• Assist clients in completing application forms, scheduling appointments, and arranging biometrics or interviews where required.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, visa application centres and other authorities.
• Monitor submitted applications, follow up on status, and keep clients informed of any updates, approvals or delays.
• Maintain detailed records of applications, client data, appointments, payments and outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience handling visa applications or related client‑service roles.
• At least an OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in a relevant field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
