About the role
We are seeking a UAT Coordinator to lead User Acceptance Testing for a financial‑sector client in Lagos. The role is fully onsite and reports to the independent QA team on Project Simba. You will work closely with business users from two partner organisations to ensure testing is completed on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate UAT scheduling and logistics across two external partner organisations.
- Issue the UAT test pack and guide business reviewers through the execution script.
- Collect and record go/no‑go decisions for each application module from designated reviewers.
- Drive formal UAT sign‑off and prepare readiness reports ahead of go‑live.
Required profile
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple organisations, preferably in a UAT context.
- Ability to facilitate non‑technical business stakeholders and guide them through testing procedures.
- Strong organisational and communication skills to manage schedules and stakeholder expectations.
