About the role
ODE is looking for a commercially driven Territory Manager to expand sales of its dental clinical solutions across the nation. The role is ideal for professionals with dental clinic experience who want to transition into a sales‑focused career.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed territory targets.
- Promote and sell dental products, equipment, and clinical solutions to dentists, clinics, and hospitals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals and healthcare stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and field visits.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and clinical training sessions.
- Provide consultative support based on clients' clinical and operational needs.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing agreements, and sales reports.
- Collaborate with logistics, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, dental, pharmaceutical or medical equipment sales.
- Prior experience in the dental industry or background as a dental nurse, hygienist, or treatment coordinator is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
