Team Lead, Information Technology

About the role

The Team Lead, Information Technology will provide operational leadership for the IT department across all business locations, experience centres and digital platforms. Acting as the interim head of IT, the role ensures technology supports business growth, regulatory compliance, service delivery excellence, infrastructure stability and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise IT officers, application support, infrastructure engineers and vendor resources.
• Coordinate daily IT operations, infrastructure support services and application management.
• Establish performance standards, KPIs and service‑delivery benchmarks for the IT team.
• Oversee vendor relationships, service‑level agreements and outsourcing partners.
• Ensure business continuity, disaster‑recovery readiness and regular reporting on IT performance, risks and opportunities.
• Manage physical infrastructure including LAN, WAN, data‑centre environments, end‑user devices and hardware lifecycle.
• Administer cloud and virtual infrastructure, optimise architecture, control costs and implement backup, replication and security controls.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead and coordinate IT operations across multiple locations.
• Experience overseeing vendor relationships and service‑level agreements.
• Knowledge of business continuity and disaster‑recovery planning.

Required skills

• LAN/WAN networking and internet connectivity management.
• Data‑centre and server‑room administration (power, cooling, redundancy).
• Cloud infrastructure management, virtual servers and storage solutions.
• Backup, replication and disaster‑recovery implementation.
• Cloud security controls including identity management, encryption and access governance.
