Specialist HR Operations & Services – Manufacturing Plant

About the role

Join a leading global producer of natural ingredients and help shape the future of nutrition in Nigeria. As a Specialist HR Operations & Services you will ensure smooth HR administration and workforce management for a diverse manufacturing plant located in the Lekki Free Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee, position and organizational data in SuccessFactors and related HR systems.
• Process new hires, promotions, transfers, contract changes, and employee exits in a timely manner.
• Coordinate onboarding, induction, leave administration, attendance and off‑boarding activities.
• Support payroll preparation by ensuring correct master data and timely submission of information.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance on policies, benefits, contracts and system usage.
• Promote a positive employee experience and support engagement initiatives within the plant.

Required profile

• Dynamic, results‑driven individual with strong attention to detail.
• Experience supporting a diverse workforce including production, warehouse, quality, maintenance, engineering and support functions.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with managers and external agencies.

Required skills

• SuccessFactors (HRIS) proficiency.
