Showroom Sales Manager

About the role

Worklyn Global is seeking an experienced Showroom Sales Manager to lead its automotive showroom in Lagos. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding the customer base, and ensuring an exceptional buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate showroom sales and support staff.
• Develop and implement sales and business‑development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Set, monitor, and evaluate sales targets, conversion rates, and staff productivity.
• Manage the showroom sales pipeline, customer leads, and daily operations.
• Coordinate vehicle availability and inventory with relevant teams.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify opportunities to increase traffic and sales.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade events, and automotive shows.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales, showroom management or sales management.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a customer‑facing sales team.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with analytical skills to assess performance and market trends.
