Senior Construction Project Manager

About the role

Kamen Construction Limited is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead large‑scale construction projects across Nigeria. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client specifications while ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from design through handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and designers.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Monitor and control project budgets and financial performance.
• Ensure adherence to construction codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular progress reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
