Senior Business Development Executive

About the role

DAASA Integrated Systems Limited is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth in the renewable energy sector. Based in Lagos with a hybrid work model, the role focuses on expanding the company’s solar and power solutions portfolio across Nigeria and West Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target prospective clients, generate leads and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations highlighting DAASA’s value proposition.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals and ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and provide regular sales activity updates.
• Design and execute marketing strategies to promote products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscape.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in energy, renewable or related sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Residency within Lekki or Ajah area of Lagos.

What we offer

• Monthly gross salary of NGN 150,000.
• Commission of 2.5 % of net revenue generated, paid monthly.
• Hybrid work arrangement (4 days onsite, 2 days remote).
