Sales Specialist - Student Enrollment

About the role

Easyway German Language School, a language training institution focused on practical German communication skills, is looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales Specialist. The role engages prospective students, manages leads and drives student enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective students by phone and follow up consistently on leads
• Convert leads and inquiries into student enrollments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Provide accurate information on programs, fees, schedules and services
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions
• Meet assigned sales and enrollment targets
• Support sales and marketing activities aimed at increasing enrollment

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition or a similar role
• Experience in the travel industry is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and follow-up skills
• Target-driven, proactive and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• CRM experience is an added advantage
