Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Lagos. You will be responsible for driving new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our climate control solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Promote and sell company products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance satisfaction.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or related field.
• At least 2 years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s licence may be required.
• Age 30 years or older.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM software.
