About the role
Heirs Insurance Group Retail is hiring a Sales Lead (commission) in Lagos, working on insurance savings and investment products. The position is commission only, with no salary, and requires no prior experience as full training is provided.
Key responsibilities
- Sell the company's insurance savings and investment products.
- Help customers understand and choose the right insurance plans.
- Promote pension (annuity) products to retirees.
- Find new clients by reaching out to individuals, businesses and organisations.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely premium payments.
- Create awareness of the benefits of life insurance.
Required profile
- HND or BSc in any discipline.
- No experience required; successful candidates receive full training.
