Sales Engineer

About the role

DexNova consulting limited is seeking a proactive Sales Engineer to drive business growth within the Manufacturing and Oil & Gas sectors. You will act as the technical bridge between our engineering solutions and client needs, turning complex requirements into commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Manufacturing and Oil & Gas.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and senior decision‑makers.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Provide technical guidance on valves, pumps, compressors, pipelines, turbines, automation systems and related equipment.
• Support customers throughout the equipment lifecycle, including installation and maintenance.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial terms while protecting margins.
• Monitor sales pipelines, prepare forecasts and keep accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with internal technical, operations and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in sales engineering or technical sales.
• Strong engineering knowledge of industrial systems and processes.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication abilities.
