Sales & Business Development Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales / Business Development Officer to join our team in Lagos. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships and driving revenue growth for our recruitment services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct sales presentations and promote the company's services.
• Prepare proposals and follow up on business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Prepare regular sales and business development reports.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in sales or business development.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close business deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship‑management abilities.
• Target‑driven, proactive, and self‑motivated.

• Competitive base salary of NGN 70,000 – 150,000 per month.
