About the role

A non-banking financial institution focused on insurance, health and asset management, known for customer centricity and operational excellence, is hiring a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The position is based in Iganmu, Surulere, Lagos, and free training is offered to non-experienced applicants on the job role; it is open to Lagos residents only.

Key responsibilities

Generate leads
Meet or exceed sales goals
Negotiate contracts with prospective clients
Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
Visit clients and prospects to assess needs or promote products and services
Maintain client records

Required profile

Bachelor's degree
Commitment to excellent customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport quickly with prospective clients
