Relationship Officer – Anambra

About the role

Dangote Industries Limited is looking for a motivated Relationship Officer to join its team in Anambra State. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with corporate clients, driving satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address queries or concerns promptly.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to guarantee timely product delivery.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on sales activities and performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market intelligence.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales or customer relationship experience.
• Experience in sales or customer relationship management is preferred.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
