Registered Nurse – IV Cannulation Specialist

About the role

Raphael Group is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join its aesthetic clinic in Lagos Marina. The role focuses on delivering safe and comfortable peripheral IV cannulation and IV therapy for clients seeking aesthetic and wellness treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform peripheral IV cannulation independently and confidently.
• Assess veins, establish IV access with minimal discomfort, and follow approved clinical protocols for drip treatments.
• Review client medical histories, intake forms, allergies and contraindications before each procedure.
• Monitor clients throughout treatments, respond to any complications, and maintain strict aseptic and infection‑control standards.
• Accurately document treatments, observations and any incidents.
• Educate clients on procedures, after‑care and treatment expectations.
• Prepare and reset treatment areas between clients, manage clinical supplies and ensure proper sharps disposal.
• Collaborate with aesthetic and front‑desk teams to ensure a smooth client journey.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid Nigerian nursing licence.
• Minimum three years of hands‑on nursing experience, including extensive independent IV cannulation.
• Strong understanding of IV therapy, patient safety and potential complications.
• Professional appearance, punctuality and ability to work independently in a client‑facing environment.
