Regional Sales Manager

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead the sales effort for AllFlavors Supreme Foods across the Lagos Marina area. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring product availability across open‑market, distributor, and HoReCa channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue and market‑share targets.
• Manage product distribution through open markets, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and HoReCa accounts.
• Build and nurture key customer relationships while expanding the customer base.
• Recruit, coach, supervise and motivate the regional sales team.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective route‑to‑market execution and optimal product visibility.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, performance reports and market intelligence for management.
• Collaborate with Production, Logistics and Customer Service to guarantee timely product availability.
• Monitor customer collections and enforce the company’s credit policy.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 4 years of FMCG sales experience, with 1‑2 years in a managerial or regional sales role.
• Proven track record managing Open Market and HoReCa channels in Lagos.
• Strong network of distributors, wholesalers, retailers and HoReCa customers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing sales teams and consistently hit targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
