Regional Sales Manager

About the role

SnazzyHR is seeking a Contract Regional Sales Manager to drive adoption of its recruiting platform across a defined territory. This remote position focuses on building relationships with HR leaders, showcasing the solution, and closing new business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients in the assigned region.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecast regional performance, and report on key metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Provide market feedback to inform product and strategy improvements.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales or account‑management experience, preferably in HR technology, SaaS, or recruitment solutions.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within a regional territory.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable working remotely with effective virtual communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or equivalent practical experience.
