Regional Sales Lead

About the role

The Regional Sales Lead will drive the sales of application solutions across the Marina region of Lagos, aligning with Stretch-it Concepts Limited’s overall business objectives. You will build a high‑performing sales team, nurture key client relationships, and expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, prioritize, and convert sales opportunities for application solutions.
• Lead, coach, and manage a regional sales team, setting clear KPIs.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with marketing to launch region‑specific campaigns.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, provide forecasts and recommendations to the VP of Sales.
• Ensure effective use of CRM tools and adherence to sales processes.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience, preferably with application solutions or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and handling high‑value deals in financial services, telecoms, or public sector.
• Experience leading and managing regional sales teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
