Quantity Surveyor

About the role

R & R is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join its construction team in Lagos. You will be responsible for managing costs, preparing bills of quantities and supporting procurement throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates and tender documents.
• Carry out accurate quantity take‑offs from drawings and site measurements.
• Monitor project costs against budgets and produce regular cost reports.
• Prepare valuations, payment applications and final accounts.
• Review supplier and subcontractor quotations and assess variations.
• Maintain accurate records of costs, variations and payments.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience, preferably in civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, valuations and cost control.
• NIQS/QSRBN membership is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Quantity Surveying software.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary between NGN 250,000 and NGN 400,000.
• Location: Victoria Island, Lagos.
• Full‑time, onsite position.
