Professional Driver – Transport Services

About the role

Swift Consulting is seeking a reliable professional driver to transport clients safely across Lagos. The role involves planning efficient routes, maintaining vehicle condition, and providing courteous service to high‑profile passengers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive clients to assigned locations while adhering to safety standards.
• Plan routes in advance to avoid traffic delays.
• Perform daily vehicle checks on fuel, oil, water, tyres, brakes, and lights.
• Keep the vehicle clean, roadworthy, and serviced.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel purchases, and repairs.
• Ensure vehicle documents are up‑to‑date and report expiries promptly.
• Handle errands such as deliveries, pickups, and document drop‑offs.
• Obey traffic laws and report any accidents, faults, or incidents immediately.

Required profile

• Minimum Senior School Certificate Examination.
• Valid driver’s license and LASDRI card.
• At least 2 years of experience driving high‑profile individuals.
• Excellent knowledge of Lagos roads and alternative routes.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and fault detection.
• Good communication skills, courteous demeanor, and physical fitness.
• Honest, punctual, and of good character with a clean driving record.
