Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies that align with our business objectives in the entertainment, events and sport sector. The role will be based in Lagos and will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver market‑leading products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the product roadmap, priorities, and development lifecycle.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer research to identify opportunities.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve product features and user experience.
• Define product requirements, features, and specifications.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and other teams to deliver products successfully.
• Coordinate product development from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
• Monitor product performance using relevant KPIs and data.
• Identify opportunities to improve product adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
• Plan and coordinate product launches and go‑to‑market activities.
• Track industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the product.
• Identify and resolve product‑related challenges and risks.
• Prepare regular product performance reports and recommendations for management.
• Ensure products remain competitive, user‑friendly, and aligned with market needs.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of a BSc degree.
• At least 7 years (84 months) of experience in a similar product management role.
• Proven ability to develop and implement product strategies.
• Strong analytical skills for market and customer research.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and cross‑functional delivery.
• Ability to monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.
