Product Manager – Collections

About the role

Renmoney is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of collections solutions across the loan lifecycle. You will drive improvements in recovery, cure, and agent productivity while ensuring compliance with responsible‑collection practices.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap and success metrics for collections solutions.
• Design and optimise collection workflows, customer contact strategies and agent tools.
• Manage integrations between collection CRM, telephony/dialer systems, loan management, payment and data platforms.
• Collaborate with Collections, Risk, Operations, Analytics, Engineering and Compliance teams.
• Lead testing, rollout and continuous improvement of product features.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, lending or collections.
• Strong understanding of loan collections lifecycle and delinquency management.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with collection CRM platforms and telephony/dialer systems.
• Understanding of APIs, data flows and system integrations.
• Agile product development methodology.
• SQL for data analysis.
• Workflow automation and speech analytics concepts.
