Marketing & Business Development Executive – Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Business Development Executive to drive brand visibility and revenue growth for Skipper Eye‑Q Hospital’s eye‑care services. The role blends strategic marketing, client acquisition and partnership management within a fast‑moving healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and campaigns to raise awareness of eye‑care services.
• Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities with corporate clients, HMOs and referral partners.
• Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline and convert prospects into long‑term contracts.
• Prepare proposals, tenders and quotations; negotiate contracts and service agreements.
• Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients.
• Track performance metrics and produce regular business development reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in healthcare marketing, hospital sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of hospital processes, healthcare sales cycles and tender procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to win contracts and achieve revenue targets.
