Maintenance Planner – Production Lines

About the role

The Maintenance Planner will develop and execute the maintenance strategy for our production lines, driving innovation and continuous improvement while ensuring uncompromised safety, availability and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the organization and scheduling of the annual overhaul of production lines and facilities.
• Increase preventative maintenance to minimise breakdowns and reduce mean time between failures.
• Manage spare parts and maintenance material inventories.
• Schedule routine and condition‑based maintenance activities in line with production programmes, monitoring execution via SAP.
• Lead performance management and team maintenance processes.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis on breakdowns and evaluate corrective actions.
• Maintain equipment trees and related data in SAP or other Business Information Systems.
• Create, track and close notifications and work orders using SAP PM.
• Ensure implementation of basic cycle maintenance, lubrication, cleaning and inspection (CIL) practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) or HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years hands‑on FMCG operation and maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of bottling operations covering planning, manufacturing, quality, environment, engineering, health and safety.
• Experience with plant manufacturing operations, project planning and implementation.
