Key Account Manager / Marketer (FMCG)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager/Marketer to drive growth for our FMCG drinks business in Lekki Phase 1. You will develop and execute data‑driven strategies that increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention while building strong relationships with distributors and commercial partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement growth strategies across all sales and marketing channels.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
• Conduct market analysis, prepare regular performance reports, and monitor competitor activity.
• Oversee distributor performance through ride‑alongs, market visits, and performance reviews.
• Achieve sales KPIs and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of distributor activities and results.
• Address distributor concerns, uncover growth opportunities, and provide training and support.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing or distribution management, preferably in the beverage industry.
• Proven track record of managing distributor relationships and meeting sales targets.
• Strong analytical and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence wholesalers and distributors.
• Self‑starter with good time‑management and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
