Junior Partnerships Analyst (Intern)

About the role

Kora is looking for a motivated Junior Partnerships Analyst to join its Partnerships team in Lagos. You will support the identification, research, and onboarding of payment processors and other strategic partners across assigned African markets.

Key responsibilities

• Research and track potential payment processors and partners in target markets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of partner status, documentation, and onboarding progress in internal tracking systems.
• Draft first‑pass partner communications and follow‑up emails under senior guidance.
• Coordinate with compliance, technical, and commercial teams to move onboarding steps forward and flag blockers.
• Support pipeline hygiene by ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with a genuine zeal to learn.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable with some ambiguity.
• Proactive communicator, both internally and externally.
• Ability to pick up new tools and processes quickly.
