In-Store Sales Promoter

About the role

Join Familyfun Concept LTD as an In‑Store Sales Promoter, representing our healthcare product range directly to supermarket shoppers in Lagos. You will be the face of the brand, driving product awareness and sales on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce and promote products to supermarket customers.
• Explain product benefits, uses and pricing.
• Encourage product trials and convert enquiries into sales.
• Conduct product sampling and promotional activities.
• Maintain tidy, well‑stocked shelves and ensure products are visible.
• Monitor stock levels, report low stock and manage expiry dates with proper rotation.
• Collect customer feedback and report competitor activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Submit accurate sales and stock reports.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE qualification; higher education is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail sales, supermarket promotion, merchandising or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasive selling abilities.
• Confident, well‑groomed, approachable and punctual.
• Honest, energetic and target‑driven.
• Age between 18 and 35 years.
• Willingness to work at an assigned supermarket location in Lagos.
• Verifiable previous employment or referees.
