HR Officer – Recruitment & Employee Relations

About the role

We are looking for an HR Officer to join our multicultural team in Lagos. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment, employee onboarding, and supporting day‑to‑day HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviews and selection.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, probation reviews and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and oversee attendance, leave and payroll data.
• Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management.
• Support employee relations, performance reviews and workplace concerns.
• Organise training sessions and employee welfare activities.
• Implement company HR policies and ensure compliance with Nigerian employment regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of relevant HR experience; experience in a multinational or Chinese company is a plus.
• Strong spoken and written English with high integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multicultural team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
