About the role
The Chief Operating Officer will lead day‑to‑day operations of the HMO, ensuring seamless delivery of healthcare services and integration with the Sabidoktor platform. This senior role reports directly to the executive team and drives operational excellence across all functions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily HMO operations including enrolment, authorisation, claims, provider management, customer service and operational technology.
- Establish SOPs and service‑level agreements, monitor turnaround times and operational costs.
- Coordinate regional and branch operations to ensure consistent performance.
- Integrate physical healthcare services with the Sabidoktor product.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations or a similar field.
- MBA or MSc in a related discipline.
