Hospitality Vendor Onboarding & Partnerships Executive – Reservations

About the role

FoodHutz is seeking a professional and confident Hospitality Vendor Onboarding & Partnerships Executive to expand its restaurant reservation platform. You will engage restaurant owners and managers remotely, introduce the service, and convert prospects into active partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact restaurants not yet using FoodHutz reservation services.
• Present the benefits of the platform via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
• Guide prospects through the full onboarding process, collecting all required business information.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and signed partners.
• Address questions, objections, and provide follow‑up support to ensure successful sign‑up.
• Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets and report market feedback.

Required profile

• Highly professional, confident, and outspoken on the phone.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, food delivery, reservations, telesales, or vendor onboarding.
• Comfortable speaking directly with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
