Growth Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Growth Representative to activate and onboard venues across Lagos. You will be the face of our platform, demonstrating its value to restaurants, bars, lounges, hotel bars, and campus canteens.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned clusters and approach approximately 15 venues per day.
• Run a live demo on the owner’s phone, place a QR card on a table, and show an order being fulfilled in under a minute.
• Set up each venue by loading the menu, printing QR sheets, and placing cards on the three busiest tables.
• Hand‑hold staff for the first week to ensure regular usage and convert the venue to a paid plan.
• Recruit pilot venues for written case studies and report daily numbers honestly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in FMCG, POS agent recruitment, telecom, fintech, distributor, or merchant acquisition.
• Proven ability to walk into a business cold and secure a decision.
• Comfortable spending full days on foot in Lagos markets and streets.
• Confident using a smartphone to demo an app to non‑technical users.
