About the role

Kisha Immigration is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to lead digital marketing initiatives for its online courses, webinars, and other digital products. This remote, contract‑based position focuses on automation, content strategy, and brand visibility to attract and retain customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing strategies for courses, webinars, and email campaigns.
• Optimize marketing automation workflows to boost lead generation and engagement.
• Implement SEO and paid advertising tactics to increase brand visibility and traffic.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and refine strategies for better results.
• Plan and manage marketing launches for new digital products.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Create and maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
• Conduct competitive analysis and use data insights to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital and growth marketing, especially with online courses and webinars.
• Strong background in marketing automation, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
