About the role

Sundry Foods Limited’s Bakery Division is offering a paid graduate internship for fresh Food Science and Technology graduates. The programme combines hands‑on bakery production experience with classroom learning in a fast‑paced, mass‑market environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist daily bakery operations and support the production of mass‑market bread.
• Learn end‑to‑end bread manufacturing processes, from ingredient handling to final packaging.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training sessions and classroom theory modules.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the bakery workspace.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Food Science and Technology (minimum Second Class Lower).
• Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
• Resident in Port Harcourt or willing to relocate for the internship period.
