Front Desk Personnel – Receptionist

About the role

Rekrut Consulting is seeking a professional Front Desk Personnel to be the first point of contact for visitors and customers at its Experience Centre in Marina, Lagos. The role involves delivering courteous service, providing accurate information, and supporting day‑to‑day administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about the company’s products, services, and Experience Centre.
• Handle enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Manage front‑desk activities such as visitor registration, appointment scheduling, and inquiries.
• Direct customers to the appropriate staff, department, or service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Keep accurate records and support administrative and customer‑service activities.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in front‑desk, receptionist, customer service, hospitality, or Experience Centre environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Residence on Lagos Island or near Lekki Phase 1.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 150,000 to NGN 250,000 per month.
