Food & Beverage Manager – Abuja

About the role

Bolton White Group is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead its hospitality operations in Abuja. You will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet operations.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Prepare budgets, control costs, and monitor sales performance to maximize revenue.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate F&B staff.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, handle complaints, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Enforce hygiene, health, and safety regulations through regular inspections and record‑keeping.
• Develop new menus, promotions, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Relevant qualifications in hospitality or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets.
