Field Verification Officer

About the role
Moniepoint is seeking a Field Verification Officer to conduct on‑site verifications that help identify and mitigate potential loan defaults. You will verify KYC information, business records, and address details across Nigeria, ensuring data integrity before loan disbursement.
Key responsibilities
- Visit borrowers' business locations to assess books, inventory, and turnover.
- Verify residential and business address information through physical visits.
- Conduct visits to loan guarantors, employee references, and other relevant parties.
- Prepare accurate daily reports on verification activities.
- Follow standard operating procedures and meet defined timelines.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- Minimum B.Sc or H.ND in a business‑related discipline.
- Strong geographical knowledge of the local environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in credit risk or field verification is an advantage.
