Field Sales & Development Representative

About the role

Permanent Capital Ventures Limited is seeking a proactive Field Sales & Development Representative to promote its services across residential estates and gated communities in Lagos. You will be the first point of contact, introducing the company’s value proposition and building relationships with estate decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned estates in Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi and surrounding areas.
• Identify and engage estate managers, chairpersons, facility managers and residents’ association executives.
• Deliver partnership letters and company materials, and follow up to arrange meetings.
• Maintain a database of contacts and record daily activities, outcomes and follow‑up opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to the Partnerships and Business Development teams.
• Achieve visitation, engagement and lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

• Minimum HND qualification.
• 0‑1 year experience in a similar field sales or prospecting role.
