Digital Growth & Marketing Executive

About the role

The London School of Excellence is seeking a Digital Growth & Marketing Executive to work remotely from Nigeria. You will drive digital campaigns, create compelling marketing content, and help convert student enquiries into successful UK study applications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and other platforms.
• Create engaging social media content, campaign ideas and marketing creatives.
• Grow and manage our social media presence, audience engagement and reach.
• Follow up leads via WhatsApp, calls, email or CRM to support student enrolment conversions.
• Track campaign performance, prepare simple reports and suggest improvements.
• Support marketing initiatives for UK university admissions, study‑abroad intakes, course promotions and application deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with the admissions and marketing teams to improve lead quality and recruitment results.

Required profile

• Based in Nigeria.
• Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, paid ads or lead generation.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Organised, reliable, self‑motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Experience in education, student recruitment or study‑abroad marketing is a plus.

Required skills

• Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Ads platforms.
• Canva, Photoshop, CapCut or similar design tools.
• Meta Business Suite.
• Basic CRM usage for lead follow‑up.
