Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for clients across multiple channels, ensuring a professional and timely response to enquiries about the company’s products and services. You will work closely with internal teams to guarantee smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and walk‑in enquiries.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions.
• Resolve complaints or escalate when necessary.
• Follow up with customers after service delivery to confirm satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM/database.
• Coordinate with Sales, GIS, Drone, Academy, Geo Store, and Operations teams.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and service requests.
• Track requests and provide regular status updates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
• Monitor feedback and suggest improvements.
• Direct qualified leads to the appropriate department.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and educating them on processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service or client relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑management abilities.
• Effective problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
