Customer Service Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Officer to join our team at Foteino Talento in Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via in‑store, phone, email, WhatsApp and social media.
• Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Provide accurate order updates and follow up on pending requests.
• Coordinate with Retail and Production teams to guarantee timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and order status.
• Collect feedback and suggest service improvements.
• Support promotional activities and uphold the brand image.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing or related field.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, fashion or e‑commerce.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using POS or customer service management systems.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 150,000 to NGN 250,000.
