Community Partnership Associate

About the role

IJM Global is looking for a Community Partnership Associate to support its Community Partnerships Lead in growing the reach and impact of Community Shield, a platform for managing security and incidents across estates, offices and communities. The role covers day-to-day operations: reaching out to potential clients, guiding them through onboarding, delivering user training and building long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage estates, resident associations, office buildings and community groups interested in the Community Shield solution.
• Schedule and run sales meetings and product demonstrations for yourself and the Lead.
• Conduct site visits to estates and attend community gatherings to present the solution.
• Set up new community accounts so residents, security teams and estate management are registered.
• Deliver training for residents, security staff and facility managers on app usage.
• Monitor post-launch activity to confirm communities are using the platform.
• Act as main contact for existing partners, resolve issues and escalate complex matters to the Lead or technical support.
• Collect user feedback and maintain records of the sales pipeline and partner information.
• Generate weekly performance reports on outreach, onboarding progress and usage statistics.

Required profile

• HND or university degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a closely related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, customer success, community relations or field marketing.
• Strong public speaking skills and the ability to address groups, estate executives and residents.
• Exceptional organisational skills, persistence and willingness to travel and work across Lagos.
