Branch Manager

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the Lagos Marina office of Realty Pros IGL, driving sales of land, apartments, houses and other real‑estate products. You will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets while building a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance, manage pipelines and ensure lead conversion.
• Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate branch sales personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, sales, payments and customer information.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Marketing, Customer Care, Projects and Management to ensure smooth branch operations.
• Work with the marketing team to generate quality leads and explore new markets and sales channels.
• Handle escalated customer complaints, maintain strong client relationships and encourage referrals.
• Report branch activities, document performance and promptly escalate operational challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in real‑estate sales or related commercial roles.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Strong understanding of real‑estate market trends, pricing and customer behaviour.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Entry‑level qualification acceptable; higher education in business or real‑estate is a plus.
