Admin / Sales Officer

About the role

The Admin / Sales Officer provides essential administrative support to the sales team while ensuring smooth office operations. This role combines customer‑facing duties with back‑office tasks in a fast‑moving healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and attend to visitors professionally.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and other business documents.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales and administrative records, both physical and digital.
• Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, invoices and related documentation.
• Assist in coordinating sales meetings, training sessions and business travel.
• Monitor and order office supplies, maintain inventory and ensure equipment upkeep.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification; a degree in business administration, marketing, accounting or a related field is an advantage.
• At least two years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
