Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Lagos facility. The role ensures efficient handling of goods, maintains accurate inventory, and supports seamless coordination with procurement, logistics and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inspection, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assign tasks, train new staff and evaluate performance of warehouse personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on warehouse performance and equipment maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
• Residency in or around Isolo, or willingness to commute daily.
