Warehouse Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Assistant to manage inventory, coordinate deliveries and support our logistics operations across multiple warehouses. The role serves as the first point of contact for business queries and works closely with sales and transport teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock levels.
• Plan and schedule deliveries, liaising with transporters to negotiate rates.
• Manage loading of vehicles, dispatch and tracking of delivery vans.
• Coordinate logistics with up‑country warehouse officers and provide daily dispatch reports.
• Ensure full and on‑time deliveries to customers nationwide.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align delivery schedules with customer requirements.
• Support warehouse operations for consumer products across all locations.

Required profile

• BSc in Physical Sciences or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or transportation coordination.
• Strong leadership, accountability and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive results.
