UX/UI Designer – Remote, $85/hr

About the role

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team on a contract basis. You will work remotely, creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences for web and mobile products.

Key responsibilities

• Design user‑centered experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and implement intuitive interfaces.
• Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards, usability principles, and brand guidelines.
• Iterate designs based on user research, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback.
• Advocate for user needs while balancing functionality, aesthetics, and performance.
• Stay updated on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, especially for AI‑driven products.
• Communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating high‑fidelity designs.
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
