UI/UX Designer (Hybrid) – Lagos

About the role

Crown Interactive is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually engaging digital products for its enterprise and SaaS solutions. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality user experiences for web and mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design concepts.
• Develop high‑fidelity prototypes and final visual designs for both web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into user‑centric designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines, design system, and accessibility standards.
• Present and defend design decisions to peers and executive stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and participate in internal learning programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience in a software or technology company is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
