Technical Sales Support

About the role

The Technical Sales Support role bridges the gap between our technical product portfolio and the commercial needs of customers in the construction sector. You will ensure that technical documentation is accurate, support the sales team with quotations and proposals, and provide expert advice to clients throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and update Technical Data Sheets, method statements, product specification documents and warranty certificates.
• Maintain an organized repository of all technical documents and product literature.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, bills of quantities and tender documentation.
• Assist the sales team with technical proposals, bid submissions and presentation preparation.
• Interpret customer technical requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Organise webinars, product knowledge sessions and technical training for customers, distributors and new staff.
• Research and write technical articles, case studies, application guides and social‑media content.
• Respond promptly to customer technical enquiries, provide product advice and support complaint resolution.
• Gather market intelligence, recommend product improvements and support new product launches.
• Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports and maintain accurate records of support activities.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 36 months of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep technical documentation up‑to‑date.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively across sales, marketing and engineering departments.
