Technical Product Manager

About the role

The Padana Services is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of its business banking portals. You will define product roadmaps, create detailed specifications, and ensure seamless integration with core banking and third‑party services.

Key responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and communicate the functional product strategy and development sprints for business banking portals.
• Write comprehensive Product Requirement Documents, API integration schemas, and development user stories.
• Lead daily engineering stand‑ups, manage the development backlog, and unblock technical or architectural dependencies.
• Architect platform connectivity with core banking systems, third‑party payment rails, credit bureaus, and identity verification services.
• Utilize data tracking platforms to diagnose drop‑off funnels, user friction patterns, and payment settlement errors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related analytical financial discipline.
• 4–7 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years building technical B2B digital banking channels, open APIs, or corporate wallets.
